Amazing company friendly and fast service my garage door was completely broken wouldn’t stay up had to be held by wood. The frame was falling off wall gaps everywhere this company came straight out and made absolutely everything perfect with it, could not recommend this place more.

Exceptional service from both Charles and Margaret, and the installation team - and a great product. Everyone has been incredibly helpful, hardworking, professional and responsive - particularly when we had a problem a couple of weeks after installation (through no fault of the company - our car rolled into one of the doors and creased some of the slats, making it impossible to close or open). Charles came out to see us immediately, even though it was out of hours and found a workable solution whilst some replacement slats are being ordered. We could not speak more highly of the service provided and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone else considering the purchase of a quality product - thank you.

From initial inquiry, through free site assessment to completed installation I genuinely can't fault them. Response and install times were great as were the installers. Retro fitted an opener to an existing up and over door which I wasn't even sure could be done but with their expert modifications to roof trusses it was no problem. Saved my elderly mother hundreds and now she can access her mobility scooter unaided. Top draw.

After being let down by another garage door company late in the day I gave Telford Garage doors a ring. Within 30 minutes 2 engineers arrived at my property, they were very polite and professional and knew exactly what was wrong and managed to fix the issue there and then.
